Refund policy
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed socks
- Opened multi-pack products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at sockenup786@gmail.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48Hours.
- Refunds will be credited to your Bank Account OR UPI I'D.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect sizes or items sent by mistake
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Wrong product
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
